Our Story ...
Our founder, Melissa Hill, brings more than 13 years of leadership experience in Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has overseen hiring at scale—serving as the hiring manager and supervisor for more than 11,000 employees- hiring and overseeing the training of more than 600 new hires each year.
She supervised and supported a pool of approximately 1,600 employees annually and played a key role over the years filling approximately 1 million absences and vacancies, with an improved fill rate from 82% to 92% across approximately 140 sites.
Melissa and her team also led one of the largest training initiatives for her company, moving approximately 16,000 from a platform that they had utilized for approximately 20 years to a new platform with in-person and online training- seamlessly.
But numbers alone don’t explain her work.
Her passion has always been about people.
Melissa's focus has always been practical and people-centered: "keeping the human in human resources" -caring about your people, fostering good communication, strengthening confidence, and creating workplace cultures where people feel respected, supported, and that they matter in the workplace goals and vision.
And that is how the Corporate Connection Group was born...
